A handsome Gray Falcon landing net, combining traditional wood construction with the clean, functional styling of a modern trout net. The frame is formed from laminated hardwoods, creating an attractive contrast between the lighter outer laminations and the darker wood through the throat and handle. The elongated teardrop-shaped hoop flows smoothly into the integral handle, giving the net a particularly graceful profile. Fitted with a black knotted mesh net bag, generously proportioned for landing trout and other stream fish. The original Gray Falcon medallion is inset into the throat of the frame, providing a distinctive maker's identification. A lanyard attachment at the end of the handle allows the net to be secured while fishing. The contrasting woods, carefully shaped frame, and traditional black mesh give this Gray Falcon net considerable visual appeal.
