VINTAGE STEAM-BENT WOOD TROUT LANDING NET

A handsome vintage trout landing net featuring a beautifully finished laminated steam-bent hardwood frame and handle with warm amber and honey-brown tones. The teardrop-shaped hoop flows smoothly into the integrated handle, creating an elegant, traditional profile associated with classic stream and fly-fishing equipment. The handle is particularly attractive, constructed with contrasting laminated woods that form fine decorative lines along its length. A recessed, elongated accent on the grip adds further visual interest, while the high-gloss finish highlights the grain and craftsmanship of the wood. The net retains its black knotted mesh bag, attached around the perimeter of the wooden hoop through a series of small metal fittings. The deep net bag was designed to securely cradle trout while keeping the overall landing net compact and easily carried along a stream. At the butt of the handle is a brass-tone swivel snap and ring assembly, allowing the net to be clipped to a fishing vest, creel, belt, or other gear for convenient streamside use.
